Why The Sugar Garden

Quality you can taste.
Detail you can see.

Alison Le Flour has been piping buttercream florals for years — peonies, roses, hydrangeas and ranunculus — using a soft, light vanilla-based buttercream over a moist sponge. Every bouquet is built in her own kitchen, on the day, never the day before.

Handmade in Jersey

Piped, boxed and finished by Alison — no production line.
